The location was great. It was close to many attractions, including the museums (I walked to several).

The elevators were somewhat confusing to use. It created queues as people didn't understand how they worked (it was slightly frustrating).

the location was close to the capital one arena. it made attending events very easy. i liked the full-size toiletry bottles in the bathroom. i forgot my body wash, so this was a nice addition. the bed was comfy and i could not hear outside noise.

the elevators were confusing to use! a lot of people seemed unsure how they worked. this caused queues and delays. it would be helpful to have clearer instructions or more staff assistance at peak times.

I noticed two on-site restaurants with distinct culinary focuses. one offered spanish-influenced cuisine, the other featured asian-inspired dishes. I did not get a chance to visit. both seemed popular with guests. They had long lines.

the parking situation sucked big time. i had to park across the street and lug all my stuff in the rain. it took me a half hour extra just to deal with parking, and there wasnt valet, i was shocked.
