great location nearby attractions confusing elevators long queues

The location was great. It was close to many attractions, including the museums (I walked to several).

The elevators were somewhat confusing to use. It created queues as people didn't understand how they worked (it was slightly frustrating).

convenient location and amenities

handy location full-size toiletries comfortable bed

the location was close to the capital one arena. it made attending events very easy. i liked the full-size toiletry bottles in the bathroom. i forgot my body wash, so this was a nice addition. the bed was comfy and i could not hear outside noise.

the elevators were confusing to use! a lot of people seemed unsure how they worked. this caused queues and delays. it would be helpful to have clearer instructions or more staff assistance at peak times.

I noticed two on-site restaurants with distinct culinary focuses. one offered spanish-influenced cuisine, the other featured asian-inspired dishes. I did not get a chance to visit. both seemed popular with guests. They had long lines.

The room looked beautiful with a panoramic window and a very nice couch. The staff was super kind and helpful. They frequently texted me to see if I needed anything. I felt very cared for!

I found the staff helpful. They quickly addressed my questions. the gym was a highlight with equipment surpassing standard hotel facilities. i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and modern design. the rooftop lounge offered relaxing views.

the elevator system felt slightly slow during peak times.
